INJURY PREVENTION

“Movement is everything, and everything starts with movement.”

At the heart of athleticism lies the essence of movement. Errol Esajas’ training philosophy is based on the unique approach of delving into the intricacies of how individuals move. Each training session is meticulously crafted around the five foundational principles of proper movement: coordination, flexibility, endurance, strength, and speed.

Esajas’ overarching objective is to elevate the technique and movement of every athlete he engages with, with a twofold aim — injury prevention and advancement to the next level of performance. Through a keen focus on refining these fundamental aspects, he not only fortifies athletes against potential injuries but also serves as a guiding force propelling them towards their peak capabilities.
